We’re glad you are making upgrades to your home and property. Submitting your Architectural Request Board (ARB) Request is the first step to Approval.

If you wish to submit your Request online, this is the place. Just following the instructions below.

In order to submit your ARB Application online, you need to Register for an Online ARB Request Ticket.  If you do not have a login and password, please fill in the information below. You will receive a confirmation in your email, with a link to the required information and details about the process.  Allow up to 15 minute to receive that email.

Be sure your password has at least SIX (6) characters.
