On January 21st, (TONIGHT) at 5:30 PM we will be hosting an information meeting at the pool for those interested in attending. Both contracting companies will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have and we will be able to give you an overview of the construction process.
Then starting on January 25th demolition will begin on landscaping around the townhomes. Homeowners will be asked to remove their cars from the streets for the entire week of demolition (January 25-29) and remove any plants from the gardens that they would like to keep in their personal gardens. The new planting schemes have been approved and homeowners are discouraged from making personal additions to them. All new landscaping is going to be reinstalled after the painting is complete. Munyan Painting will be providing a website that we will be able to answer questions and provide details and timelines of construction. We are looking forward to a smooth process and that will only come with cooperation from everyone.
