Thank you for visiting the Lake Sawyer South Community Association Website.

This outstanding community in Southwest Orlando is proud to have a great mix of single-family homes and townhomes, full of singles, couples and families, all who enjoy being part of the Horizon West community, in this part of Orange County, just minutes from the Walt Disney World® Resort.

Our Homeowners’ Association works diligently to keep our community looking beautiful and safe for everyone. Check out this website for details about our community, the guidelines we follow and other helpful information you might need as a resident or potential resident in our neighborhood.
HOA Board and ARB Meetings are held the FOURTH TUESDAYS of every month, January - October.

311 – Call or use the App for code enforcement, violations/ordinances – to report concerns that a deputy is not needed to attend to.

407-836-HELP (4357) – Goes straight to a deputy for assistance, but is not an emergency situation.
