Covenant Enforcement Resolution and Policy

Dear Owner:

This firm has the pleasure of representing Lake Sayer South Community Association, Inc. As you know, Lake Sawyer South Community Association, Inc. is a deed-restricted community. Your Board of Directors is responsible to ensure the safety, security and preservation of homes and home values throughout the community. Pursuant to the Declaration of Lake Sawyer South Community Association, Article IV, Section 4, the Association has the authority to create rules and regulations. Therefore, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Lake Sawyer South Community Association, we are pleased to enclose a copy of the recently approved/revised rules and regulations for covenant enforcement matters governing the community.

The Association will begin implementing the new rules and regulations for covenant enforcement matters as of July 1, 2018. It is important that you read and become familiar with these policies so as to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding in the future. Additionally, Members who are currently in violation of the covenants, or have received prior notification of a violation, should resolve the violation(s) and pay any monies owed to the Association before July 1, 2018. On July 1, 2018 any members who are still in violation of the Association covenants and the rules and regulations will be forwarded to this law firm, The Law Offices of John DiMasi, P.A. to pursue any and all Legal action allowable pursuant to the Association Declaration and Florida Statues.

Please keep in mind all of these policies are put in place to protect the residents, owners, tenants and visitors. Compliance with these policies is of utmost importance and your cooperation and adherence is appreciated.
